All product replacements require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You may obtain a RMA number by contacting DigitalDeckCovers™ via email to explain the issue. Any products returned to them unauthorized will not be accepted or refunded, and will be returned to sender. Due to the custom nature of their dust covers, all sales are considered final, with no exchanges or refunds. They are unable to exchange your custom cover for a different item or different fabric, as your cover was made-to-order. No cancellations may be made once work has begun on your order, which is normally within 24 hours of the order being placed.
