USPS must be used for P.O. (Post Office), A.P.O. (Army Post Office), or F.P.O. (Fleet Post Office) boxes. They ship worldwide via USPS Airmail, and FedEx whenever possible, overseas. While there is no guarantee of delivery dates, most international packages arrive within 2-4 weeks. Any tax, duty, or brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are based on order total. They will notify you with the tracking information for your order by email after shipment. If the shipping carrier loses your order, they will open an investigation on the package and remake your covers. They do not issue refunds for packages not received.

The return policy of DigitalDeckCovers® is as follows: Once they receive your order, you will receive an order confirmation email that contains their on-file dimensions for your gear so that you can double check them against your actual item. If their dimensions differ from yours, or you have special needs that require a different size, you should contact them within 24 hours with your changes, and they'll correct their pattern to fit your gear. If they don't hear back from you promptly after you receive this order confirmation email and you choose not to check the dimensions, they will build your order with their on-file dimensions and cannot be held responsible if the cover does not fit. If they make a sizing mistake, and ship a cover that does not match the dimensions in their order confirmation email, they will quickly remake your order and ship a replacement in that promised size. All product replacements require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You may obtain a RMA number by contacting DigitalDeckCovers™ via email to explain the issue. Any products returned to them unauthorized will not be accepted or refunded, and will be returned to sender. Due to the custom nature of their dust covers, all sales are considered final, with no exchanges or refunds. They are unable to exchange your custom cover for a different item or different fabric, as your cover was made-to-order. No cancellations may be made once work has begun on your order, which is normally within 24 hours of the order being placed.
